Apple’s Small Business Web site is now highlighting a complete Mac OS X Business Management System through application integration, while the Science & Technology page has several new items and tips entries.

At the Apple Small Business site, there’s now a story on implementing a Mac OS X business management system. It spotlights such solutions as MYOB AccountEdge, Office X, and FileMaker Pro. There are also updates to the seminars and events listings, including on-site Apple Seminars Series and Apple online seminars that let you learn on your own schedule.
Finally, there’s a new Networking Your Office article that can walk you through the steps of networking your home or business. There’s a companion piece on Wireless Networking with AirPort.
At the Sci & Tech site, an article tells how you can join the Apple SciTech Folding@home Team in a public distributed computing effort by lending your processor power for protein folding, now running on the Mac OS X Aqua interface. There’s also a new paper on Integrating Mac OS X in an NIS Environment that includes a detailed discussion of using Automounter with NIS.
Also, the Apple Developer Connection has published an extensive document for Web developers using Mac OS X. It includes a discussion of security, Perl, PHP, mod_ssl, and Tomcat.. And just published by Apple is a new, 42 page document on integrating Mac OS X with Microsoft’s Active Directory.
