Apple has put out a call to PC users on its Web site. The company is querying PC users who are thinking about getting a Mac, and those PC users who may have just recently bought a Mac as well.

Specifically, Apple wants to know what sparked the interest of PC users, and what questions or issues they need resolved before they decide. Apple’s also curious about their time frames for getting a new computer, as well.
With regards to PC users that have bought a Mac, Apple confessed, “You know something we don’t. We’re Mac people, so we don’t know what it feels like to go from using a PC to using a Mac.”
Apple’s interested in finding out from them about what it’s like to upgrade from a PC to a Mac. Apple also wants to know what the deciding factors were and what questions or reservations those users might have had as well.
