The US$449.99 Accupan Image Capture System is a tool targeted at consumers who want to produce panorama photographs, QTVR panorama movies and QTVR object movies. QTVR is currently being used by e-tailers, real estate agents, attorneys, educators, law enforcement, and others to show products or locations from 360 degrees.
The system includes all the hardware you need to capture panoramas from tripods or tabletops, according to BLS Designs. The Accupan Image Capture System includes two, four, and eight inch object stages; complete user documentation; and a tryout version of Adobe Photoshop Elements.
Accupan’s patent pending features include the ability to support 35mm, digital still, or consumer video cameras on tripods or any flat surface for panorama image capture. The Accupan System’s rotation control unit can be converted from a camera support to a turntable to capture images for QTVR object movies. It’s made of aircraft grade aluminum, brass and stainless steel.
