Aparajita Fishman of Victory-Heart Productions has updated Active4D, version, a fully dynamic server-side embedded scripting language for 4th Dimension, to version 2.04.

Active4D brings the industry-leading functionality of Microsoft’s Active Server Pages to the 4D environment. The latest version enhances XHTML compatibility and squishes some bugs.
A full working demo of Active4D can be downloaded from Aparajita’s Web site. The demo times out after one hour of continuous use. After this, you’ll have to relaunch it.
Active4D is US$99 per developer, per platform for the developer license. Deployment licenses are priced at $700 per server for the first year, $270 per year to renew. Deployment licenses include support and upgrades. OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and volume pricing are available on request. Active4D runs on Mac OS 9, Mac OS X, and Windows 95 or better.
