The EDGE Digital Media division of Peripheral Enhancements Corporation has two new goodies available: the EDGE Digital Media Smart Media Reader and Smart Media card.

The USB reader is for data transfer from digital devices straight to a Mac or PC or Mac. The Smart Media card is a part of Peripheral’s collection of digital media products for digital cameras, MP3 players, PDAs, cell phones and GPS devices. It’s backed by a five-year manufacturer’s warranty.
The suggested retail price for the Smart Media USB Reader is US$26.50. The cost of a 64MB Smart Media Card is $25.94 and that of a 128MB Smart Media Card is $56.58.
