X-Words Deluxe is a crossword board game not unlike Scrabble. The game includes the ability to customize interface, boards and word lists. The game features computer-controlled opponents with adjustable skill levels; many different boards and scenarios; special word lists for kids, experts, and folks with special interests.
CrossCards takes Scrabble in a different direction — this time a crossword-style board game is mixed with poker hands. In order to win, you need to make pairs, full houses, flushes and straights. The game also features animated, talking computer-controlled opponents, and sports player assistance for beginners with automatic card sorting and recommended moves.
You can get more info about either title or download it and give it a try before registering by visiting the Freeverse Software Web site now.
