Andreas Amann has released a new utility called Eudora vCard Export. The application runs in Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X and it provides users of Qualcomm’s Eudora e-mail software to export Eudora nicknames to vCard files. vCards can be used by other programs.

Software that supports the vCard format includes Mac OS X’s own built-in Address Book utility, Palm Desktop, and more.
You can also move vCards to your iPod, if you’re using the new Contacts feature added by the recently released iPod Software 1.1.
Eudora vCard Export is offered as freeware, downloadable from the URL above. Andreas Amann has also created Eudora Mailbox Cleaner, a freeware app that helps Eudora users migrate to the built in Mail application is OS X.
