Noting that the Advantage series helps to provide MicroNet with a complete range of RAID solutions, the company’s eastern regional sales manager Mike Pashai said that the re-introduced line will help expand his company’s market share. “Re-launching the Advantage RAID Series provides our existing and prospective clients with a solid level of quality, support and performance, as MicroNet is famous for its 5TB Genesis 4, Fibre Channel RAID,” said Pashai.
The Advantage products are available in SCSI to IDE and Fibre Channel to IDE configurations, from four bay tower to 12 bay rack mount configurations. The Advantage line provides storage capacities ranging from 160GB to 1.9TB in a single enclosure. Micronet said the Advantage series is platform independent and works with Mac OS X, Windows NT and Linux.
