MacXword brings crosswords to OS X

It’s a Cocoa-built OS X client application that enables you to try your hand at Across Lite-formatted crossword puzzles, available from various sources on the Internet.

MacXword 1.0 sports the following features, according to the developer:

Runs natively under Apple’s Mac OS X operating system.

Supports Literate Software Systems’ Across Lite Crossword format.

Allows multiple crosswords to be open at once.

Provides ability to print crossword grid and clues in either landscape or portrait mode.

Provides quick lookup of potential answers through the OneAcross clue database.

Provides users with a flexible navigation system.
