The folks at Fidelity Media have just released the latest beta of MegaSeg beta, the MP3 and QuickTime DJ software.
MegaSeg lets you consolidate your CD collection on the hard drive of your Mac. You can then mix between songs for a professional DJ presentation without the need for extra CD players or mixers.
“The feedback on the last version was great, and we let it sit out there a little longer to be sure any problems were caught, and overall was very solid,” Jason Cox of Fidelity told MacCentral. “We thought the testing might be over with beta 10, but this beta goes to eleven.”
MegaSeg 2.1 Beta 11 includes a revised manual that covers version 2.1. It adds a checkbox to lock the Preview on a particular track and adds new keyboard shortcuts for the Mixer. There are also bug fixes and performance enhancements.
You can download MegaSeg 2.1 Beta 11 from the product Web site.
