— a company that provides customizable services, comprehensive training and technical assistance — is holding a Digital iWorkshop in Atlanta, GA, on June 1, from 10:30 am to 4 pm.
The purpose of the class is to help make that digital film production learning curve a bit easier to complete, according to KAUi. Half the day will be devoted to a hands-on DV editing session that looks at “the major tasks” you want to do with iMovie — and how to get them done. Participants will also learn about QuickTime/iMovie integration.
The second part of the Digital iWorkshop will see participants learn how to burn their movies to DVD using iDVD. It will cover setting up DVD projects, adding motion backgrounds and titles, and adding special features “like those Gladiator production slide shows.”
The cost is US$200. Go to the KAUi Web site for more info.
