ADTX will be exhibiting Mac compatible (including Mac OS X) RAID storage solutions for education at the Computer-Using Educators (CUE) Conference, May 9-11 in Anaheim, CA.
SCSI RAID products from ADTX provide data protection and feature hot swap hard drives and a hardware based RAID controller. Prices start at US$1,949 for a system that includes a 120GB (80GB usable in a RAID level 5 configuration) system, SCSI card and cable.
ADTX fibre channel RAID/SAN solutions can produce “extreme high performance” even in a shared environment, according to Ken Vitto, ADTX’s manufacturer representative and education specialist. ADTX provides both the previous standard in fibre channel, 1 Gigabit per second (Gbps) and the new, higher performance 2 Gbps systems.
