Your Mac Life, the Internet show about all things Mac, has gone artsy on us. Well, for this week anyway.
This evening’s edition will focus on “Art on the Mac.” Host-producer Shawn King said his guests are well known in the Mac artistic community.
Daryl Wise, curator of the Digital Art Gallery Contest, will talk about the contest and how you can enter your work. Scott Kelby, author and editor-in-chief of Mac Design magazine , will look at print resources for digital artists and Bert Monroy, who was involved with the creation of Photoshop, will discuss the application. (By the way, Monroy will be a speaker at the July Macworld New York expo.)
Meanwhile, Brian Greenstone of Pangea software promises a big announcement when he appears on Your Mac Life with gaming guru and my MacCentral compadre, Peter Cohen. Tonight’s show will, of course, also include listener e-mails and phone calls, as well as oodles of prizes from Griffin Technology, Marathon Computer and CompanyStuff.com.
You can catch Your Mac Life this and every Wednesday evening from 6-8 pm (Pacific). You can also join the chat rooms on the World Without Borders site or on the Dal.Net servers on IRC in the #yourmaclife Channel.
