The two promotions, “Economics 101” and “College Bound?” offer people that are eligible to shop at Apple’s online education store a way to get hardware and save money.
With “Economics 101,” Apple says you can get an iBook, iMac or eMac for US$15 a month, using Apple’s Instant loan through MBNA. “With interest rates as low as 9.99% and interest-only payments for the first 24 months, getting the Apple products you need has never been easier,” Apple’s promo site says.
The “College Bound?” promotion runs from April 1 through June 30, 2002 and offers users a discount when they purchase any Mac and an HP printer or digital camera. Save $100 when you buy any Mac and HP printer; Save $100 when you buy any Mac and HP camera; or Save $200 when you buy any Mac, HP printer and HP camera.
