Bonnie Mitchell, Casady & Greene’s user group liaison, is the guest on the latest edition of the User Group Report online audio report at The Mug Center, the online resource for Mac user groups (MUGs).
Casady & Greene is a well-known supporter of the user groups, and Mitchell is the architect of their program, according to Chuck Joiner, editor-in-chief The Mug Center. In the audio report, she talks about the components of the C&G user group program, why she feels so strongly about it and why user group product reviews are so important.
“She also covers things you need to know about vendors supporting user groups, and what user groups can do for vendors,” Joiner said. “A reminder about the Macintosh User Group Event Calendar on The MUG Center will conclude this report.”
Hosted by Joiner, the User Group Report is the series of audio interviews with people making news in the user group community. MUGs are good places for making new friends, finding Mac-loving buddies, boning up your technical expertise, finding solutions to technical problems, and sometimes finding a good deal on used hardware.
