Crossgates Mall Apple Store’s resident lead Mac Genius Mark Delfs has released Apple Store Locator 1.3 — a Mac OS X only application which provides you with directions from your current location to any Apple store you choose.
Using information from Expedia.com, the software can provide you with a live map. This most recent update adds the ability to add store information to the address book used in Microsoft’s Entourage application (bundled with Microsoft Office v. X).
“If you need answers like ‘How the heck to I get to the Mall of America store from the Palo Alto store?’ and ‘What is the phone number of those crazy genius’ at the Crossgates Mall store?’ then this new version is for you — It may just be the feel-good software hit of the summer, who knows,” said an optmistic Delfs.
The software is available for download from the Delfsware Web site.
