The next meeting for the New York InDesign User Group has been set for tomorrow Tuesday, June 11, 2002. The meeting will be held at the Manhattan offices of McCann-Erickson.
The theme for the upcoming meeting will be “Putting InDesign to Work,” and will feature three speakers discussing how InDesign 2.0 fits their particular workflow. A special guest will also be on hand at the meeting — Mike Wallen, Adobe InDesign Product Manager, will demonstrate InCopy/InDesign/GoLive collaborative integration via XML.
Wallen will also be holding demonstrations for interested graphics professionals or small workgroups (3-12 people) who are responsible for print only, web only, and/or print and web deliverables. The 90-minute session will be held in the new Adobe Customer Briefing Center at their 40th Street offices.
Sessions are available on Thursday, June 13 from 9:00-11:00 am, 1:00-3:00 pm and 3:30-5:30 pm; Friday, June 14 from 1:00-3:00 pm and 3:30-5:30 pm.
