Aspyr Media has announced that its Mac conversion of Clive Barker’s Undying is shipping. On Friday, MacCentral brought readers news that the game had gone gold master and was in duplication.

Clive Barker’s Undying is a first person 3D action game developed for the PC by Dreamworks Interactive and published for the PC by Electronic Arts. The Mac game conversion work was handled by long-time Aspyr development partner Westlake Interactive. The Mac version of Clive Barker’s Undying was originally slated for release last year, but development issues held up the game’s release until now.

Clive Barker’s Undying puts you in the role of Patrick Galloway, an adventurer in 1920’s Ireland who travels to the ancestral estate of his friend Jeremiah Covenant. Jeremiah’s brothers and sisters are all dead, but have returned from beyond the grave to fulfill the prophecy of the Undying King.
System requirements call for Mac OS 9.1 or higher, including Mac OS X 10.1 or higher; G3/350MHz or faster, 128MB RAM, 700MB hard disk space, ATI RAGE 128 video system with 8MB of video RAM, and a 4x CD-ROM drive.
Look for the game direct from Aspyr or on the store shelves of your local Mac software retailer for US$39.95.
