If you’re a MacCentral reader living in China (and there are some of you), take note: a new Macintosh user group has recently started up in Beijing and are meeting today in the “gong ti” area at 8 pm at the Dobos Café. The URL for a map and driving instructions from major ring roads to Dobos Café is online.
The main goal is to foster interaction between Mac users in the area and to help with Mac problems, according to Yan Feng, founder of the BeiMac group. You can register for an official membership at the meeting.
The agenda for the bylaws, constitution and other pending club initiatives have been shelved until the September meeting. The aim for this meeting is “not administrative sorting-out, but far more fun,” Yan Feng said.
