Macworld Magazine today announced that its OS X Buyers’ Guide would be available on store shelves on September 24, 2002. The Magazine’s editors also gave readers a bit of insight into what the buyers guide will feature when it’s released.
The guide itself will include Mac OS X product profiles, comparisons, key facts and features, shopping secrets, expert advice and OS X tips & tricks, brought to you from the editors of Macworld.
Also included in the buyers guide package will be two CD-ROMs and a 40-page reference booklet. The CDs will contain OS X demos, videos, games, help guides, shareware and utilities, and the booklet will provide troubleshooting tips and tricks.
“Readers of our previous special OS X issue were very pleased that it included two CDs and a reference booklet,” said Jason Snell, editor of Macworld. “We want to ensure that the OS X Buyers’ Guide will provide the same value to Mac users who want to stay on top of the booming market of OS X products.”
