Online photo service Shutterfly has announced the release of updated Internet Explorer plug-ins optimized for Mac OS X.
The new IE plug-ins, called Picture Upload and SmartUpload, provide users with the ability to upload and order film-quality prints from the Shutterfly service.
Shutterfly offers various digital photo customization services — you can upload images from your camera to the service and add borders, crop and apply various effects, then when you’re happy with the results you can order prints. Shutterfly also offers framing services and can even print your photos on greeting cards, which they’ll mail for you.
