Dozens of Mac software publishers, developers, hardware makers resellers and other companies have already made plans to exhibit at the show. In addition to conferences, tutorials, and exhibits, the event features “Solution Centres” where professionals who depend on their Macs can get more information about technologies and products that can help them with their businesses. Separate areas for Creative, SMB and Health sectors will be represented.
An Educational Solution Centre will also offer information for school faculty and administration interested in better leveraging Mac technology in the classroom. Mobile computing, digital media, OS X and other technology will be demonstrated.
What’s more, an Entertainment area will feature the hottest new games on the Mac, as well as music and other creative expressions.
Apple Expo returns to Paris after a one-year hiatus. Scheduled for the last week of September in 2001, Last year’s Apple Expo was cancelled following the unfortunate events of September 11. At the time, Apple CEO Steve Jobs cited the safety of Apple’s users and developers as the company’s primary concern in canceling the event.
The five-day Apple Expo kicks off in Paris, France on September 10, and concludes on September 14. The event happens at Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles, Hall 4.
