On this week’s edition of Your Mac Life, the Internet show about all things Mac, host-producer Shawn King will talk with some of the “switchers” in Apple’s new “Switch” ad campaign.
For example, he’ll chat with Bill Lee from Florida. Lee and his son are attending their very first Macworld Expo in New York next month doing research on buying their first ever Mac. Then there’s Grace Kjelden, who teaches Microsoft Certification Courses and is the Senior Web Administrator at her company. She has recently switched to using a PowerBook, and her Web site, XtremeGrace, is created on that Mac.
Aaron Adams is a Windows LAN Administrator and the subject of one of Apple’s Switch ads. Your Mac Life will talk to him about the experience. If you have any questions for any of tonight’s guests, e-mail ’em to King.
Your Mac Life now starts at 5:30 pm (Pacific) with an extra 30 minutes dedicated to call-ins, announcements, e-mail, chat, and prizes. And if you can’t get enough Your Mac Life, tune in on Sunday, July 7, to Random Access Radio, on NewsRadio 640 WGST in Atlanta, GA. More details are online.
On Saturday, July 27, The Computer Forum of Doylestown, PA, and MacOutiftters of Bryn Mawr and Cranberry, PA will present a “Meet and Greet” with King. The event will be held at 1 pm at The Computer Forum, an Apple Specialist dealer, in Doylestown, PA. There’ll be a homestyle barbecue, as well as lots of the latest Mac hardware and software on display. Details can be found at The Computer Forum and MacOutfitters Web sites.
