The Lanier 2138E prints 28 full-color or 38 black-and-white pages per minute at 1200 dpi resolution. It accommodates paper sizes up to 12 x 18-inches full-bleed, and holds up to 2,100 sheets to minimize reloading. It also offers standard automatic duplexing at the full rated speed, which helps reduce paper consumption without compromising productivity, according to said Dominic Pontrelli, vice president of Marketing for Lanier.
Several finishing options are available, including side-binding, top-binding, stapling and two- or three-hole punching. The 2138E features a built-in 128 MB controller for smooth network printing. It comes standard with PCL 5c and Adobe PostScript 3 languages, a 10GB hard drive, and utilities for color control and document management.
