MacHack — the annual conference of Mac developers in Dearborn, MI, has announced its dates for the 2003 show. The conference will take place next year from June 19 through June 21. MacHack is billed as “the annual conference for leading edge developers,” and it’s a marathon even that runs continuously for 72 hours, ending with a banquet.
The gathering brings together some of the best and brightest in Macintosh software development in a series of technical sessions, presentations of academic papers, and both formal and informal technical sessions and hands-on programming.
Next year’s show hopes to build on the success of this year’s event. MacHack’s coordinators said that the 2002 gathering sported “record levels of new attendance.” The 2003 MacHack will be in its traditional home at the Holiday Inn Fairlane in Michigan.
Conference registration costs US$425 now, $100 less than it will after February 28, 2003. That price includes access to all conference events, three meals, and the conference banquet. More details are available at the MacHack Web site.
