SimpleTech, a company that makes flash-based data storage and custom and standard memory solutions, has made available the Bonzai USB Mini-Drive, a small (2.5 x 1.3 x 0.25) removable flash storage solution.
The Bonzai plugs into the USB 1.1 port on a Mac or Windows system, or the flash card can be inserted into a PDA, smart phone, MP3 player, digital still or video camera, or any other device that uses an SD or MMC card. It’s compatible with Mac OS 8.6 and higher, including Mac OS X.
The Bonzai is available in capacities of 64MB to 512MB. Manufacturer’s suggested retail prices are US$79.95 for 64MB and $119.95 for 128MB.
