Rage Software has updated Invisible Finder, the invisible file manager, to version 2.0.
The utility lets you search your hard drive for all invisible files, then filter the results to locate exactly what you’re looking for. It can even keep track of invisibility changes, so that you can always revert your changes at a later time.
Invisible Finder also allows you to get finder information for invisible files within the Finder, according to MacTech magazine . You can open invisible files in selected applications and view and edit the information they contain.
Version 2.0 is a full rewrite over previous versions. It offers native Mac OS X support, faster file searching, improved stability, faster overall performance and an improved interface, according to the folks at Rage.
Invisible Finder 2.0 is a free upgrade for registered users of version 1.x and is now available for download. For new users, the cost of a single user license is US$14.95.
