During this week’s Your Mac Life, host Shawn King will talk with Shawn Geddis of the Secure Trusted OS Consortium (STOS), professional musician Peter Mayer, Schoun Reagan of TheMacTrainers.com and Sony.
Your Mac Life is the weekly radio show about all things Mac. It’s Webcast via QuickTime starting at 5:30 pm Pacific Time every Wednesday night and available via online archives thereafter.
Geddis will be on hand to discuss the STOS, which bills itself as a “not-for-profit scientific research and system design organization that focuses on work in the public interest to create trusted computing environments.” Mayer is a St. Louis-based musician who tours with Jimmy Buffet. He’s a big Mac user, too, and he’ll be talking with King about how Macs figure into his music. Reagan will be offering some info about TheMacTrainers.com, and Sony will be on hand to discuss their DSC-F707 digital camera.
What’s more, King will be giving away “the usual plethora of stuff” and he’ll be talking with this reporter, as well — I join Shawn for fifteen minutes or so every Wednesday to discuss what’s happening in the Mac game world.
Tuning into the show is only part of the Your Mac Life experience. You’re also encouraged to chat live with other listeners in the accompanying chat rooms on World Without Borders or via the dedicated IRC server at irc.netmug.org in the #yourmaclife channel.
