The Omni Group has updated OmniDictionary to version 2.0.3. The new update contains several enhancements including compatibility with Mac OS X 10.2, code named Jaguar, which will be released by Apple next week.
OmniDictionary is a search engine designed to work specifically with online dictionary servers. You simply type a word into the entry field, and OmniDictionary will display its meanings in a definition field.
The new version, 2.0.3, fixes a crash that occurred when you’d select the Server Info menu item twice in a row. French localization has been added, as well. Most importantly, The Omni Group noted that version 2.0.3 is compatible with Mac OS X 10.2. Make sure to update to 2.0.3 before upgrading to Mac OS X 10.2, as the preceding version breaks with the new Mac OS X release.
Distributed as freeware, OmniDictionary requires Mac OS X 10.1.x or later and an active Internet connection.
