said that it has shipped Ten for X to retailers. Introduced at Macworld Expo in New York last month, Ten for X is a collection of 12 titles for Mac OS X together in one package.
Available separately as individually released shareware for US$170, the twelve included utilities are all fully registered cost about $50 as part of the
Ten for X
package. They were developed both by Aladdin and third parties. What’s more, more than 500MB of trial versions of Mac OS X utilities and applications are also included, with applications from companies like Adobe, CE Software, Microsoft and others.
Ten for X includes:
– Alarm Clock S.E. by Humongous Elephants and Tigers – Advanced scheduling of MP3s, calendars, scripts and more
ExecutiveSync by Jason Weber – File synchronization utility for OS X that uses Time & State synchronization, Prevents data loss by archiving files that are removed or updated
FruitMenu by Unsanity – Customize and enhance the Apple and Contextual Menus
iClean by Aladdin – Protects privacy by clearing history, cache, and cookies from your Mac
ideaSpiral X by midnite liteman – Creativity aid to organize notes and ideas in a single file
LaunchBar by Objective Development – Open files, URL’s and email addresses simply by typing an abbreviation
Limewire Pro by LimeWire, LLC – Gnutella peer-to-peer file sharing client
piPop-by piDog – Pop-up hierarchical navigation and launching application
PrintMagic X by MacEase – Print utility fine tunes print options and conserves ink, toner, and paper
Pseudo by Brian Hill – Launch Applications as an administrator even if you’re not logged in as root
WindowShade X by Unsanity – Adds Window Shade features to OS X
Xounds by Unsanity – Brings Appearance sounds to OS X
Ten for X requires Mac OS X 10.1 or higher, and works with Jaguar, according to Aladdin.
