Back in May MacCentral first brought readers news about Spring, a new application from UserCreations billed as “concept-centric,” as opposed to being centered around files, folders or brands. Now Spring is available as an “Early Adopter” release.
Spring Desktop enables you to make connection between objects, rather than having to open up several different applications to establish links. “Imagine that booking a flight or train is as simple as opening a canvas with a map and dragging between the two cities. Imagine inviting someone to a favorite place is as simple as right clicking on the place,” explained the creator.
Now available as a fully functioning expiring demo, Spring EA 1 is compatible with Mac OS X 10.1.x. Support for Mac OS X 10.2, “Jaguar,” is forthcoming. Spring costs US$24.95 for a single-user license.
