The Mac vs PC Web site by Mac consultant John Droz Jr. has seen some major changes, prompted by the change of Apple’s free iTools service to the fee-based .Mac.
“We decided that it was time to get a Domain Name, and ‘MacvsPC.info’ was chosen,” Droz told MacCentral. “And we are now hosted at a commercial site, Digital Logic (who generously donated their services in appreciation of our efforts). Readers should bookmark this new URL.”
Droz said that in the next month or so the site will be updated with new studies, and possibly a redesign. “Mac vs PC” is a site that gives reasons for using the Macintosh rather than Windows.
Droz is a physicist and a Mac consultant who has been involved with computers for over 30 years. He has several hundred Mac clients in the business and education markets.
