The Beijing (China) Macintosh User Group will meet on Monday, Sept. 9 and Sept. 23. Founder Yan Feng will be presenting Mac OS X 10.2 (“Jaguar”) and demonstrating to attendees how to customize the new system.
There’ll also be an election to choose members for the group’s Executives Board. Apple China’s Peng Xia, who is the Greater China Manager for Developer Technical & Partnership, will talk about Microsoft Office v. X, including converting files and other items. And Biscuit Technologies will discuss a variety of topics, including FileMaker Pro. Plus, there’ll be prizes given away in the club sweepstakes.
All meetings begin at 8:00 pm and last until 10:00 pm at the Golden Elephant restaurant. Instructions and more detail are given on the BeiMac’s Web site.
