The author of three AppleScript books, Ethan Wilde will be on hand to lead two training sessions for the forthcoming AppleScript Pro Sessions scheduled for New Orleans, La. this November. The event will gather AppleScript novices and veterans alike to learn tips and techniques to leverage this powerful automation technology.

The five-day event kicks off on November 4 and features a variety of classes that provide attendees with practical knowledge of how AppleScript works. Specific applications that will be covered include InDesign, QuarkXPress, Photoshop, FileMaker Pro, Acrobat, BBEdit, the Finder and more. The latest AppleScript news relating to Mac OS X 10.2, “Jaguar,” will also be offered.
