Apple UK is offering early adopters of their new .Mac services £30 off their next purchase on the Apple Store UK.
“Do you already have a digital camera to use with iPhoto, or a DV camcorder to enjoy iMovie ease-of-use?” the Apple Store (UK) said in an e-mail to customers. “Did you hear about the brand new release of Mac OS X v10.2, and its 150 major new features, including an enhanced iDisk connection? Whatever you need, we’ll soon get you off to a flying start!”
.Mac is the subscription Internet service into which the formerly free iTools has evolved. Apple CEO Steve Jobs announced the transition during his keynote speech at July’s Macworld Conference & Expo in New York. (Thanks to MacCentral reader Barry Clarke for alerting us to the UK promo.)
