Apple’s Macintosh Products Guide today welcomed its 15th organization into the retail program on Apple’s Web site. While most of the retailers Apple features on it’s Web site deal with all types of technology, lately they are signing up more specific organizations.
Joining Apple’s retail partners today is Digital Video Direct with pricing on several products that may interest the video professional such as the ShuttlePro; a Matrox Bundle; Graffiti 2.1 for Premiere or Final Cut Pro; and others.
The “Hot Deals” Web site is a place for Mac users to find special prices on hardware and software bundles from Apple’s retail partners. Apple’s online retail partners include CompUSA, MacMall, MacConnection, MacZone, J&R’s OutPost, ClubMac and the Apple Online Store. Apple’s Macintosh Products Guide is a searchable database containing thousands of Mac products. Since before the introduction of OS X in March 2001, the Products Guide has been tracking applications coming to the new operating system, in addition to those that will work with the Classic Mac OS.
