Microsoft has updated its mail client for “Classic” Mac OS, Outlook Express, to version 5.0.6. The new version is ready for download from Microsoft’s Web site now.

Outlook Express 5.0.6 supports MSN Web mail accounts, according to Microsoft, and also resolves all security vulnerabilities in previous versions of the software — including previously reported problems that could have enabled attackers to spoof security by using a valid security certificate.
