Neon noted that NetMinder Ethernet 5.0, LANsurveyor 7.0.1 and CyberGauge 4.0 are all Mac OS X 10.2-compatible. “Our customers wanted to move to Mac OS X version 10.2 as soon as possible to take advantage of ‘Jaguar’s’ increased performance. We responded quickly by making our entire line of network management software work impeccably with Mac OS X,” said Neon president Craig Isaacs.
CyberGauge enables network administrators to monitor their network bandwidth utilization, while NetMinder Ethernet offers network diagnosis capabilities. LANsurveyor provides capabilities for mapping and managing network services.
In related news, Neon has updated LANsurveyor to version 7.0.1. In addition to Jaguar compatibility, the new version now supports queries of new versions of Retrospect, the backup software made by Dantz; provides an OS X-compatible method of verifying maps; and makes changes to spreadsheet report and map printing.
