The font specialists at DiamondSoft Inc. have updated Font Reserve Single User, to version 3.1.1.
The update, free to registered users of Font Reserve 3.0 and 3.1, addresses problems encountered when working in Mac OS X, including activating fonts for Classic applications and handling permissions. The update also resolves issues with Font Reserve’s plug-in for Adobe InDesign, which provides precision automatic font activation.
Targeted at publishing workflows based on Adobe products and Mac OS X, Font Reserve Single User provides auto-activation for popular publishing programs, support for additional font formats, and a method for handling system fonts. Font Reserve 3.1.1, available for Mac OS X and Mac OS 9, costs US$89.95 for an electronic download version and $99.95 for a CD.
Currently, DiamondSoft is offering a competitive upgrade from Suitcase or ATM Deluxe for $49.95. Earlier versions of Font Reserve can be upgraded to version 3.1.1 for $29.95 for an electronic download version and $39.95 for the CD version.
