Authors Scott Kelby and David Pogue will guest on tonight’s Your Mac Life, the Internet show about all things Mac.
Kelby, editor-in-chief of Mac Design magazine is the author of the new book, “Mac OS X Killer Tips.” David Pogue, technology columnist for The New York Times, has updated “Mac OS X: The Missing Manual” to cover Mac OS X 10.2 (“Jaguar”). Both writers will discuss their new works on tonight’s show, and books will be given away.
Also on hand will be Jason Litchford of Griffin Technology. He’ll be spilling some “Griffin secrets,” including the announcement of a new product. Rounding out the guest list will be MacCentral’s Peter Cohen with his weekly Mac gaming segment. If you’d like to send questions in advance for one of the show’s guests, e-mail to Shawn King, host-producer of Your Mac Life.
On last week’s show, King announced a hotel deal for January’s Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco. There’ll be more details tonight on the deal, which is US$50 off per night at the San Francisco Marriott, which is a block away from the Moscone Center. You can tune in to the show this evening to find out what the special code is to take advantage of the deal. There’ll also be prizes given away, including Roxio’s Toast 5 Titanium and Tom Negrino’s book, “Office X: Inside and Out.”
You can catch Your Mac Life every Wednesday evening from 5:30-8:30 p.m. (Pacific). You can also join one of the two chat rooms that run during the live show: on the World Without Borders site or on the dedicated IRC Server at irc.netmug.org in the #yourmaclife Channel.
