Apple has released a new
QuickTime installer, bringing the current version to 6.0.2. The installer is available for download from Apple’s Web site now.

QuickTime is Apple’s multimedia software. It’s used for everything from playing media like movies or streaming content to viewing images and virtual reality scenes and lots more too. It’s available both in a standard free version and a “Pro” version with authoring capabilities that costs US$30 to register.
Unfortunately, information about what has changed in 6.0.2 was scant as MacCentral posted this article. Separate installers are available for download from Apple’s Web site depending on whether you’re using “Classic” Mac OS, Mac OS X 10.1.x or Mac OS X 10.2. Visit the site for more details.
