Apple’s Macintosh Products Guide has updated their retail Web site today with online partners J&R, DV Direct and CompUSA.
J&R is offering interested users Phillips speakers, external FireWire CD-RW drives, Adobe Photoshop, digital camcorders, digital cameras and ThinkFree Office. DV Direct has EZ Keyboard for Final Cut Pro, Canon GL2 Digital Video Camcorder, Sorenson Squeeze for QuickTime and Aurora Video Systems IgniterRT011, and CompUSA’s products include digital cameras, popular games for Mac OS X, uninterruptible power supplies from APC, compact flash media and color inkjet printers
The “Hot Deals” Web site is a place for Mac users to find special prices on hardware and software bundles from Apple’s retail partners. Apple’s online retail partners include CompUSA, MacMall, MacConnection, MacZone, J&R’s OutPost, ClubMac and the Apple Online Store. Apple’s Macintosh Products Guide is a searchable database containing thousands of Mac products. Since before the introduction of OS X in March 2001, the Products Guide has been tracking applications coming to the new operating system, in addition to those that will work with the Classic Mac OS.
