Extensis Inc. is shipping a free update (4.1) to Intellihance Pro, a Photoshop add-on that automatically refines images to enhance their appearance. The update adds support for Photoshop 7 in Mac OS X.
Intellihance Pro automatically analyzes and corrects images from any source, including digital cameras, flatbed and drum scanners or original digital artwork. Several methods are applied to remove jagged edges, improve coloration and other aspects of an image. The updated plug-in is free to registered Intellihance Pro 4.0 user and now available for download.
For others, Intellihance Pro is available for a suggested retail price of US$199.95 and $99.95 for upgrades from previous versions of Intellihance. The application supports Mac OS X (version 10.1.5 or higher), as well as Mac OS 7.5.5-9.2.2 and Mac OS X. You’ll also need Adobe Photoshop 4.0 through 7.0.
