Dartware LLC has released InterMapper Remote 1.5, a new version of its remote diagnostic software used for network and system administrators.

Designed to work with Dartware’s InterMapper network mapping utility, InterMapper Remote provides the ability to remotely view your network and see the status of routers, switches, servers and other networking equipment from remote locations away from your LAN or WAN itself.
New features in InterMapper Remote 1.5 include the ability to edit maps from any location, read-only access, secure connections through SSL, changes to notification dependences and sound notifications, improved Mac OS X performance, better log file display, zoom capabilities, and an improved server list. Many bug fixes have been made as well.
InterMapper Remote costs US$195, or $235 with a 14-month support subscription. Multi-user packs and educational discounts are available, as is a 14-day demo version. System requirements call for Mac OS X or higher.
