Looking to add a spooky touch to your Mac’s desktop? Iconfactory artist Dave Brasgalla has revisited his Ravenswood icons, just in time for Halloween. Originally created in 2000 for Mac OS 9, the Ravenswood collection has been updated for Mac OS X.

The set depicts the fictional family of a gothic tale of Brasgalla’s own imaginings, along with some other assorted characters: the somber and pale-faced Lucrezia and Reginald Ravenswood, Dankwell the Butler, Frau Pinscher, Renfield the Cat, and more. The collection includes 14 icons all told.
Brasgalla said his influences for the Ravenswood collection include the etchings and illustrations of artists like Edward Gorey, Mervyn Peake and Tim Burton, as well as others.
Ravenswood Revisited joins Gedeon Maheux’s Macabre, released last week, as part of Iconfactory’s Halloween-themed icon releases for this season.
