4D Inc. has released 4D WebSTAR V 5.2.2, the latest version of its Internet server suite for Mac OS X.

4D WebSTAR V version 5.2.2 corrects problems with FTP passive connections, according to the developers. SMTP relay authentication has been made more reliable, and SMTP virus support compatibility has been improved with some message encoding methods, as well.
The new version is part of 4D’s Continuous Improvement Program for 4D WebSTAR V, and can be downloaded free by registered users of 4D WebSTAR V from the 4D Web site at the link above.
4D Inc. also publishes 4th Dimension, a rapid application development and relational database management system environment.
