Press 3 has announced a price drop on its MacCSE certification to US$49.95. The price is good through the end of 2003, according to the testing company.

Billed as an alternative to Apple’s own certification process, Press 3’s MacCSE program has been created to help Macintosh technicians and technical professionals improve their credentials with certified training.
The MacCSE program is independent of Apple and started in 2001. The program uses three sixty-question exams to test your knowledge of Mac OS X, Mac OS “Classic” and Mac hardware itself.
