Mil Productions plans to release Modularing at next week’s MacExpo 2002 trade show in London, England. Modularing is already out for Mac OS 9, but this marks the software’s OS X debut.

Mil Productions bills Modularing as “a collection of interactive software to build your own music station” on the Mac. It’s designed to run as a standalone application, and it can also work in conjunction with Pro Tools and other software. Modularing features a collection of different modules like sequencers, controllers, sound generators, modifiers and synchronizers.
Modularing 3.0 — the OS 9 version — costs €320. Specs and pricing on the new OS X version have not been announced, although the Modularing Web site was recently updated with a screenshot of the Mac OS X version in action.
