Creo Inc. has used this week’s Comdex trade show to release the 1.5 update to Six Degrees, its e-mail productivity software for Mac and Windows. The new update is free for existing Six Degrees users.

Six Degrees enables Mac OS X users with Microsoft Entourage v. X to connect and display related e-mails and related files and contact information quickly and easily. It builds a database of your important data and lets you navigate that as you’re working with your e-mail.
“Whether it’s helping you find the most recent version of a file, an email from two weeks ago, or the right contact on an important project, the uses of Six Degrees are as practical and varied as our customers’ projects,” said Creo Creative Software Group director Mark Lemmons.
In addition to the 1.5 update, a free 30-day trial is also available for download from the Creo Web site.
