Adobe has released a minor update to Premiere 6.5 that fixes a problem with slow refresh rates during video capture. The update, a 153k file, is now available for download.
The update is free to English, German, French and Japanese users of Premiere 6.5 for the Mac. Premiere is Adobe’s digital video editing software targeted to those who need a high-end, non-linear solution.
Version 6.5 was released in August. New features include real-time preview, the Adobe Title Designer and support for MPEG-2 export and DVD authoring. The estimated street price is US$549 for the full versions; the upgrade price for registered users is $149.
